These terms apply to private boat tours and charters booked with Blue Amalfi Charter. By confirming a booking you accept the conditions below.

Booking and confirmation

A request sent through the website or by WhatsApp is not a confirmed booking. Your tour is confirmed only once we have replied to agree the date, the boat and the price, and any deposit has been received.

Prices and payment

Prices are per boat, not per person, unless stated otherwise. The price quoted to you specifies what is included. Local fees that are not included — such as island landing fees or grotto entrance tickets — are paid separately on the day.

Cancellations and weather

If you need to cancel, please tell us as early as possible. The sea decides too: if conditions are unsafe, the tour may be shortened, rerouted or rescheduled at the skipper's discretion for everyone's safety. Where a tour cannot take place because of weather, we will offer an alternative date or a refund of sums paid.

On board

The skipper is responsible for the boat and for safety, and guests are asked to follow their instructions at all times. The maximum number of guests for each boat may not be exceeded. We ask guests to treat the boat and equipment with care.

Liability and insurance

Our boats are operated by qualified skippers and covered by the insurance required by Italian maritime regulations. Guests take part in activities such as swimming and snorkelling at their own responsibility. Please tell us in advance of any medical condition, reduced mobility or other need we should be aware of.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent court for Sorrento.
