A full day along the coast

From Sorrento we round Punta Campanella, where the Bay of Naples gives way to the Amalfi Coast, and the cliffs begin their dramatic rise straight out of the sea. Your skipper sets an unhurried pace so you can take photos, swap to a swimsuit and simply watch the coast unfold.

We cruise past Positano with its cascade of pastel houses, the fishing village of Praiano, and the hidden fjord of Furore tucked beneath its arched bridge. Wherever the water is clear we drop anchor to swim, snorkel and float in the sun.

If you'd like, we can stop in Positano or Amalfi for a stroll and a long Italian lunch ashore — just tell your skipper and we shape the day around it.

The itinerary

Departure from Sorrento

We leave Marina Piccola in the morning and follow the Sorrento coast past the Roman ruins of Bagni della Regina Giovanna toward the tip of the peninsula.
Rounding Punta Campanella

At Punta Campanella the Bay of Naples gives way to the Amalfi Coast, and the cliffs begin to rise straight out of the sea.
Positano

We cruise into the view of Positano and its cascade of pastel houses — with time ashore, around one to two hours, to wander, shop and have lunch.
Praiano & the Furore fjord

Past the fishing village of Praiano to the hidden fjord of Furore beneath its arched bridge, dropping anchor to swim wherever the water is clear.
Amalfi & the Emerald Grotto

On toward Amalfi and Conca dei Marini, with the Emerald Grotto when the sea allows — and time to step ashore in Amalfi if you wish.
Return to Sorrento

A relaxed cruise home along the coast, with a last swim wherever the sea invites you in.
